I am assistant professor in international business at the Department of Strategic Management and Globalization at the Copenhagen Business School.

My research focuses on learning and decision-making processes in multinational organizations. I am especially interested in how these processes are affected by societal norms, rules and expectations, and how organizations learn to operate in countries where these institutional conditions differ.You can find out more about my work on my research page.

I am also involved in many graduate and undergraduate courses at Copenhagen Business School, and lecture on issues ranging from leadership to institutions. I am particularly involved in the International Business and Politics program at our school.

Since July 2011 I serve on the editorial review board of the Journal of Management.
